| The Government announced a major rule change consistent with FAR Case
2009-004, “Enhancing Contract Transparency”, that will require contractors
to submit sanitized (“redacted) copies of all their contracts, task and
delivery orders for online publication by the agency. This rule change
will significantly impact the FOIA landscape, and place significant demands
on a company’s contract administration.
In response to this law change, the FOIA Redaction Center is available
to assist contractor administrators meet this new administrative burden
imposed by the government. Our FOIA professional’s, provide document
review and redaction services for all contract documents, consistent
with the current FOIA laws, judicial precedent and agency requirements.
Although the new FOIA regulations will not preclude FOIA requesters
from still seeking your contract documents pursuant to the Freedom of
Information Act, the “FOIA Redaction Center” program is designed to

FOIA requests.
